This stretch and mobilise session is the perfect way to start the day. I have prepared a series of exercises and mobilisations that are ideal for all ages and abilities. With a background in rehabiliation and corrective exercise I have developed and adapted a whole host of movements and stretches to help protect your joints, avoid back pain and get you mentally ready for the day ahead.
Please wear loose clothing: You will need the following.
1) A cushion
2) A soft surface or exercise Matt
3) Bath sheet which can be rolled up into a ball
