Total Body walking™ is a unique mix of drills, strength exercises, the use of nordic walking poles and other innovative fitness walking kit to help target the upper body too. Delivered by our fully qualified Instructors who will plan WALX that work on all aspects of fitness and make the most of being Outdoors!

Hi, my name is Sylvia and I am a Nordic Walking Instructor in the Chichester Area.

I discovered Nordic Walking through the Nordic Walking UK Website some 6 years ago, bought some poles and fell in love with this wonderfull form of excercise you could do outdoors.

As a fair weathered 3-5 mile runner, I have found it has all the benefits of running with so much less effort, yet twice the enjoyment.

If like me you have had a life long battle with weight, like being outdoors, enjoy a laugh with like minded people male and female and want to get fitter, learning a new skill come and join my classes.

As well as being a Nordic Walking Instructor, I am also a Wellbeing Advisor working for Chichester District Council and have also trained as a Natural Juice Therapist (with Jason Vale) and Raw food Coach (with  Karen Knowler). 

I love helping people achieve their potential and look forward to meeting you.
