Good morning ! Time to sharpen the body and mind with this “early to rise” workout walk. The 50-min session will vary each week to keep you and your body guessing. Sessions will include regular walking, moving through the gears, speed walking, interval training, hill work, use of Bungy Pump poles and plenty of other conditioning work thrown in for good measure.
This will be a great addition to your weekly workout plan and will help you build your fitness and strength. You never know…you might be participating in Nordic walking 5k, 10k, half marathon, or even marathon challenges sooner than you think.
But its not just about the fitness and the challenges. It’s about building your knowledge, skills, and stamina to be able to go on much longer walks in the fantastic outdoors such as Adventure walks, Holiday destination tours, and the Purbeck Festival.
