For the Nordic walking please wear comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather of the day and being outdoors. Shoes with a flexible grippy sole, such as walking shoes, are perfect. We are not walking too far, but it is advisable to wear either a small rucksack or bum bag and carry water. This is an outdoor workout activity. Make sure you also bring a sunhat, sunglasses and suncream and waterproofs; we just never know what will happen! We provide the poles and other equipment.
For the Yoga, please wear loose comfortable clothing. You will be bare foot. We shall have mats and block sbut do bring your own if you have them. A blanket and comfy jumper will also be necessary to keep you warm in the final relaxation session.
Do bring water in a rucksack or bumbag for when you are outside Nordic walking, plus a bottle of water to have when practising yoga.
Please arrive by 9.45am ready for a prompt 10am start. Teas and coffees are available from 9.30am.
