We knew something was missing in Berkshire... in fact most of the UK, and that was a workshop bringing together Nordic walking and Yoga. Join us for our unique blend of of Nordic walking and yoga, hence our title Nordoga Days. We are shall be flexing our soles, soothing our souls.

Our special program is designed to take you through the 4 stages of the technique. Nordic walking is a technical fitness walk that gives your body an all over workout. You work 90% of the body's muscles and can burn up to 40% more calories than ordinary walking. This is the perfect way to workout in an outdoor sociable environment and we actively encourage chattering on the hoof!
You will then receive your Freedom pass and can sign up for any of the walks. Continue here to get fitter and sleeker and maybe even sign up for additional Workout Classes. We are providing a  light lunch home made with local sourced ingredients (where possible). Please do advise us if you have any special dietary requirements.
Kim's yoga workshop targets those places that are often forgotten. The program is mixed with stretches to get your body ready for exercise. Then, after the Nordic walking, it is a time to relax, stretch and unwind. This is a key elemnt to staying fit and supple, avoiding many muscular and ligament issues.
If you already have your FREEDOM PASSPORT and you are one of our advanced Nordic walking members we have a delightful woodland walk plus an advanced technique workshop designed just for you! Everyone comes away feeling recharged and refreshed. 
We also share with you our top nutritional tips. We aspire to inspire you with healthy lifestyle choices to help you age younger, stronger and healthier.

For the Nordic walking please wear comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather of the day and being outdoors. Shoes with a flexible grippy sole, such as walking shoes, are perfect. We are not walking too far, but it is advisable to wear either a small rucksack or bum bag and carry water. This is an outdoor workout activity. Make sure you also bring a sunhat, sunglasses and suncream and waterproofs; we just never know what will happen! We provide the poles and other equipment.

For the Yoga, please wear loose comfortable clothing. You will be bare foot. We shall have mats and block sbut do bring your own if you have them. A blanket and comfy jumper will also be necessary to keep you warm in the final relaxation session.

Do bring water in a rucksack or bumbag for when you are outside Nordic walking, plus a bottle of water to have when practising yoga.

Please arrive by 9.45am ready for a prompt 10am start. Teas and coffees are available from 9.30am.

Booking online in advance is essential. This is to keep you safe and minimise all risks. All guests new to 3JFitess will be asked to register and complete the online health questionnaire. 

You are asked to contact Janine by phone, leaving a voicemail or sending an sms text to 07792 550191, if you are likely to be delayed as we do start classes promptly.

Whilst we do understand that sometimes unexpected things happen to interrupt your diary, please be aware that we do operate a no refund policy if you give us less than 1 week's notice. refunds ae at the discretion of the event organisers.

Costs are absorbed by ourselves and we are small businesses with a big heart but not bank balance. thank you for being understanding.
