Let's finish a fantastic 2017 in style with a bacon butty and Bucks Fizz.
Please bring £6 payable direct to Fox and Hounds for our brunch. Let Janine know if you are a vegetarian.
This is a social walk to catch up with friends and burn off a few Christmas puds! The route will take us towards Aldermaston Wharf via Hosehill Lakes and a few popular sections, via the canal path and a few trail paths, so that we figure-of-eight ready to see in 201-8!
The walk is free for our Direct Debit members.
This session is aimed at gear 2 helping everyone manage at least 5 miles (to be confirmed!) - as always, we ask that you keep the community spirit. For those wishing to stride out we operate the "the whistle and loop back" fun strategy. It helps maintain our sense of community but addresses the different needs.
It is advisable to wear a bum bag with a water bottle or hydration pack. Do bring a high energy snack to have on the hoof or as soon as we finish.
We respect people's busy agendas and do like to start promptly. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your class and be ready to start on time. Please do not be offended if we do not wait whilst you get yourself sorted. We do a warm up close by so please do catch up.

Maria started Nordic walking with 3JFitness as part of the “This Girl Can Nordic Walk” Festival organised by Janine, in July 2016. Maria had already been Nordic walking in Germany but had not learned the technical aspects to really make use of this wonderful way to get fitter.
