Typically we shall meet at Haslam Park car park.
We shall generally walk for one hour, but sometimes a little longer. We shall inform you prior to departure (or via the FB group).
Routes will take in varied terrain across Haslam Park, along Lancaster Canal, Uclan Sports Arena, Cottam, Ashton Park and Ashton.
Whilst the session will be designed to stimulate your heart health and fitness we shall ensure that we cater to varied levels of fitness.
Please be prepared to have sufficient clothing and lighting until the clocks change.
Occasionally we may stop for a quick drink or bite to eat after a walk.
