This is the award winning Learn To Nordic Walk course.
The lessons are 90 minutes in duration and are aimed at all fitness levels.
This award winning course will help you to not only learn Nordic walking technique but will help you to use it in order to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Each session adds another 'gear' and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, gradually increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun!
This is session 1 of 2, covering NWUK gears 1 and 2. Session 2 will cover gears 3 and 4 and will be held on Sunday 4th February. Alternatively, there is an option to attend the Rivington Pike Adventure walk on Sunday 28th January to complete the course. This will be discussed at the end of session 1.
