7 Suitable walking shoes - waterproof is best with good flexibility
The walk includes a short mobilisation of joints prior to walking and a cool down stretch at the end.
Pole Rental: £2/session (please email/text the Walk Leader when booking if you would like to hire poles.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a session credit to be applied. Cancellations inside of 24 hours will be charged in full.
