This Introductory Session will give you an insight into how the poles can propel you along and work the whole body. You will also understand why it is important to learn the technique properly in order to get maximum benefit. This is a cheeky exercise in disguise and has very wide appeal for all abilities and ages.

You turn an ordinary walk into an all over body cross fit exercise that strengthens the upper body as well,  as you walk with the special poles. It's an exhilarating effective cheeky workout in disguise!

If you are just starting your health and fitness journey you will love how you can exercise without feeling the exertion.

This 45 minute session will help you understand just how beneficial Nordic walking can be and how it is far more than just a saunter in a park! Come and feel the magic of the poles.

We supply the poles. Please wear suitable clothing comfortable for the weather and walking shoes that are flexible across the toes.

Location Notes: Ignore the house address. Turn into Prospect Park park off Liebenrood Road. Use the first main car park, on the left. It is before the all weather football and tennis pitches. There is a restaurant, The Mansion House, with bar and toilets 5 minutes from our warm up area.
