This is the award-winning Learn To Nordic Walk course.
This session is 2-hour duration and is aimed at all fitness levels. Please contact the provider if you have any queries, questions or concerns.
This award-winning course will help you to not only learn Nordic walking technique but will help you to use it in order to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Each part of the session adds another 'gear' and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, gradually increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun!
This session covers gears 1, 2, and 3. You will complete your course by attending one of our regular walks free of charge in order to meet our social group and put your new skills into practice.
