Join us on a guided walk around the town of Bollington where we will use the Macclesfield Canal, The Middlewood Way and a visit to White Nancy too.
The walk is approx 5miles (8km) we will be mostly using Gear 1 and hill technique. (Easy - Moderate)
The hill up to and down from White Nancy is steep but we will have plenty of breathers as we go.
All our walks include a short mobilisation of joints prior to walking and a cool down stretch at the end.
Parking is at The ranger's office, Postcode is SK10 5JT. Toilets are aavilable at the Start/ Finish
Bring snacks or a packed lunch for the walk.
Non-Nordic Walkers welcome but they will need to be fit, and have the Free Exercise Anywhere Account.
Dogs are welcome too but they will have to be under close control (On leads in certain areas), fit enough to do the route and insured as my Instructor Insurance does not cover dogs or dog related accidents.

Welcome to Stockport Nordic Walking
Here is a little bit about me.
I’ve had a love for the outdoors and history for as long as I can remember. I love walking my dog and being out and about, be that in parks, woodlands, hills or cities.
