A 45 minute session that will help you understand just how beneficial Nordic walking can be and how it is far more than just walking with poles!
This Introductory session will give you an insight into how the poles can propel you along and work the whole body. You will also understand why it is important to learn the technique properly in order to get maximum benefit.
Diane Oakden discovered Nordic Walking when she was looking for a way to exercise outdoors to help her recovery from a major Multiple Sclerosis relapse. She found it really helped and now she is very committed to introducing Nordic Walking to others.
