Diane Oakden discovered Nordic Walking when she was looking for a way to exercise outdoors to help her recovery from a major Multiple Sclerosis relapse. She found it really helped and now she is very committed to introducing Nordic Walking to others. Besides Nordic Walking she runs friendly community fitness classes for every ability with Pilates, Seated Pilates, Chairfit, Circuits, Fitness 55+ and Zumba. Not only do people get fit but they make lasting friendships.
Everyone is made to feel really welcome at all her sessions. Great friendships are made in class and people meet up outside the classes for socialising. Nordic Walking has now been introduced for an outdoor option. This is a wonderful healthy way to exercise outdoors. Diane Oakden is an experienced instructor with additional comprehensive training in health conditions so she is able to point you in the right direction if you are trying to get fitter and you have a health condition.
