Tracey has always walked her dogs but had no one to talk to. After discovering Nordic Walking and all the other lovely walkers she can now walk and talk! Tracey loves Nordic Walking and has now qualified as an instructor  She aims to help get those less mobile back to fitness and get everyone Nordic Walking. She has also completed the Chichester Half Marathon while Nordic Walking.
