Walsall Healthy Spaces Team deliver enjoyable, sociable walks within the Walsall Borough, each lasting approximately one hour Walks are suitable for all ages and abilities and equipment for the session is provided free. You will need to wear sensible footwear and suitable outdoor clothing. Join us on our FREE enjoyable walks, make new friends and improve your health and wellbeing.
For those who have completed our 'Power of the Poles' induction session. Walks start from the following locations; The Crescent Walsall Arboretum, Brownhills Community Association, King George V Playing Fields (Bloxwich) & Willenhall Memorial Park. Our walks take in local parks, canals and countryside locations and are enjoyed by groups of mixed ability. These sessions are commitment free so you don't have to worry if you need to miss a week as we understand you will have other commitments from time to time.
