Our varied Nordic Walking programme helps you to create new long-term habits and you will be encouraged to implement new routines to help focus on your wellbeing. And, if you enjoy being sociable, youll fit right in!Youll always be safe with our Walk Leaders, who are trained fitness instructors, and have been trained specifically to ensure your safety whilst out walking. They are first aid trained too.Many of our regular Nordic Walks finish with a cup of tea, or a pint at a pub.So why not join our friendly group of Nordic Walkers to get fit, and maybe even make some new friends along the way too!
