She is a Volunteer wellbeing walk leader for the Ramblers.She has been Nordic walking for 15 yearsFaith is an Accredited Nordic Walking Instructor with Nordic Walking UK and has completed CPD modules in Muscle Strength and Conditioning; Total body walking; Yoga WALX; Functional Fitness and Ageing Well.Faith is passionate about encouraging people to appreciate the Physical, Social and Emotional benefits that outdoor exercise gives her.
