Hi, I’m Keren Milton and I am excited to offer you Nordic Walking Classes in Malvern and the surrounding areas. I love the health benefits of Nordic Walking and for me it ticks all the boxes. Improved fitness Toned legs and arms. Kind to joints Feel good factor. Fresh air and the Great Outdoors. A chance to make new friends or have a chat with existing ones.

As a Qualified Nordic Walking Instructor. I aim to help you to get the most from Nordic walking. Whether you want to:

  • Improve overall fitness
  • Lose weight by burning calories
  • Tone up your muscles
  • Enjoy a sociable walk with a group of like-minded individuals

Firstly you will need to do the Power of Poles session (if you haven't already done this) to gain your NWUk passport having learnt the correct technique and benefits of Nordic Walking.
