Anita's Nordic Walks
I've been a passionate Nordic Walking Instructor for over 10 years, a Pilates Teacher for double that and recently a Cardiac Rehab and Rehab Fitness Specialist. The NWUK programmes are great for those who are getting back into exercise and are especially important if you have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life! I run 4-week 'Learn to Nordic Walk' courses (total 4 hours) and 'The Power of Poles' which is a 90 minute workshop.In order to get the most out of your pole walking and to reduce the risk of injury, it's important that you first master the basics. The introductory courses then enable you to join regular Nordic walks right across the UK which can form an integral part in any healthy ageing programme. I offer Nordic Wellbeing Walks, Adventure & Workout Walks throughout the week across SW Manchester and Cheshire West.
