Learn to use Nordic walking poles for a low-impact, full-body workout that builds strength, posture, and fitness.
Rucking WALX
Carrying a weighted backpack might sound weird until you try it. This is strength training in disguise. Great for bone density, stamina, and feeling like a badass.
Mindset Coaching WALX
Like life coaching but walking. These sessions combine gentle movement with thought-provoking questions, helping you shift your perspective, untangle whats in your head, and move forward literally.
