This 1 hour walk will cover approx 5 km walking round the Avenham area.
This will be a Total Body Walx session suitbale for ALL fitness levels. Our instructors will incorporate fitness, pace, posture, balance and flexibility to turn this walk into a Workout.
The session is designed around utilisation of the unique Total Body Walking poles. These unique strapless fitness walking poles mean you can master how to bring the upper body into walking and feel lighter on your feet without lengthy tuition! The Ergo Grip™ handles ensure you get into pole position and get the benefits after your first session.
If you are new to Walx poles and Total Body Walking this session will provide sufficient introduction for you at whatever fitness level you are currently at. You do not need to purchase the poles ahead of the session. If you enjoy the session and would like to learn more we will then recommend the TBW Power of Poles 90-minute course.
It is essential to register and book in advance online.
It is advisable to wear a bum bag with a water bottle or hydration pack. Do bring a high energy snack to have on the hoof or as soon as we finish. Wear comfortable clothing that suitable for the weather. Do wear sturdy grippy shoes.
We respect people`s busy agendas and do like to start promptly. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your class and be ready to start on time.
