This 90-minute session is the perfect starting point if you’re curious about Total Body Walking or Nordic walking. You’ll learn the basics, build confidence with the poles, and pick up the skills to get the most from your own walks.
You’ll also be able to join national WALX classes, and locally, you can book straight into our Primrosehill Wood Walx and enjoy effective, full-body walking in beautiful surroundings.
