This is the beginnings of a new men only session. This has been included on request as many of our regular sessions are attended by in the majority ladies and some of our gentlemen feel like the odd one out on those sessions. We hope with enough interest to continue these men’s sessions on a regular basis.
Total Body walking with poles, routines designed to burn off calories, tone bodies and increase endurance and flexibility with a warmup and gradually increasing pace, routines and intervals over the distance walked, gradually cooling down to stretches for flexibility at the end. All in the great outdoors.
Poles are available on loan if needed. Please ensure that you have suitable clothing appropriate for the weather and sturdy walking trainers or boots, also bring some water with you for your own hydration, you may want to consider bringing suntan crème or insect repellent as well.
Café may be available at the end for quick catch up before you leave.
